Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery to our customers. For Disposable Vape Devices, "unopened" specifically refers to the plastic seal remaining intact on the individual unit, and the device should be returned with all original paper packaging.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or store credits for any shipping fees associated with your order.
Regrettably, items from the $10 section are not eligible for return, and all sales of clearance goods are considered final. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tendollarvapes@gmail.com.
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
