While we strive to conduct a visual quality assurance check on every device and box before packing and shipping orders, the complex nature of disposable devices introduces the possibility of occasional faults. Unfortunately, due to the inherent limitations of the product, it is not feasible for us to conduct comprehensive function and flavor tests on each device before shipment.

Regrettably, this means that customers may, on rare occasions, encounter a defective product.

Given the nature of disposable devices, it is challenging for us to guarantee against such issues, and nearly all disposable device manufacturers in the market acknowledge the occasional occurrence of these challenges.

If you happen to receive a defective disposable device, please reach out to us via email at tendollarvapes@gmail.com, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. In cases of malfunctioning devices—such as firing without being drawn on or continuing to fire after use—we appreciate receiving a video with your email to expedite the claims resolution process.

Defective disposable device claims are addressed on an individual basis, and resolutions are tailored to each customer's circumstances. For the most effective support, please report defective devices within 7 days of your order's delivery date.

Please note that we are unable to issue any credit for shipping fees associated with devices deemed defective through the claims process. We appreciate your understanding.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery to our customers. For Disposable Vape Devices, "unopened" specifically refers to the plastic seal remaining intact on the individual unit, and the device should be returned with all original paper packaging.

Regrettably, items from the $10 section are not eligible for return, and all sales of clearance goods are considered final. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will automatically be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
