Shipping policy

We ONLY ship products to the states highlighted in green on the map below with a few exceptions:

• No Military Bases
• No PO Boxes
• No International Shipping

Addresses

We kindly ask all customers to double-check their addresses before finalizing their orders. Our shipping software processes and creates labels based on the exact information submitted by our customers. If you realize an error after placing an order, contact us promptly, and we will make every effort to fix it.

 

To avoid misdelivery and return of packages, we strongly recommend that customers provide addresses where they regularly receive mail.

 

Regrettably, we are unable to refund shipping costs or offer reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking indicates that your package is returned as undeliverable, contact us, and we can issue a refund for the order total (minus shipping) as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. 

 

Same Day Order Processing

Orders confirmed by 1 pm EST Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped from our warehouse on the same day. Orders received after this cutoff will be shipped on the next business day. Orders packed and marked as shipped on Saturdays, as well as those placed on Sundays, will be shipped on Mondays.

 

 

If your order is marked as delivered by USPS, but you have not received it, you will need to contact USPS.  We have no control over the delivery process. We are unable to provide refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered by USPS but reported as missing.  If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please start a missing mail search with the USPS here: https://usps.my.site.com/emailus/s/
